This complementary mix enables the firm to deliver the same high standards in advisory work, special situations and litigation, and forms the foundation of its activities.

Frédéric Boucly

Solicitor – Founding Partner

Frédéric Boucly has been practising for over thirty years in corporate restructuring, special situations and complex litigation, as well as in business and asset transfers.

He has practised at leading international and French law firms in Paris, Brussels and London, notably Allen & Overy (Global Restructuring Group and Banking & Finance), before co-founding and leading several independent firms specialising in complex transactions, crisis situations and M&A transactions.

He has recognised expertise in large-scale financial and industrial restructurings, distressed M&A transactions and strategic litigation, gained in demanding international environments.

He primarily advises on complex restructurings and special situations, business transfers and sensitive balance sheet transactions, as well as strategic litigation.

He holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris, a DEA in Business and Economic Law, a DESS in Litigation and Arbitration, and a Master’s in Business Law and Taxation from the University of Paris-Panthéon-Assas, and a Master’s in Management Sciences from the University of Paris-Dauphine.

Casey Slamani Tejada

Solicitor – Partner

Casey Slamani Tejada has over thirty years’ experience in corporate finance, governance, legal risk management and business transfers.

After practising in international business law firms, notably at Shearman & Sterling and Gide Loyrette Nouel, he held legal and general management positions for over twenty years within listed groups, including Netgem and Fimalac.

He has also served as a judge at a commercial court.

He has led numerous acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations and restructurings of businesses and assets, both in France and internationally.

He primarily advises on long-term financing transactions, sensitive governance issues and business transfers.

He holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris, a Master’s degree in Economic Activities Law (DESS in Business Law and Taxation) from the University of Paris-Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a diploma in European Business Law.

Philippe Prigent

Solicitor – Partner

Philippe Prigent specialises in commercial litigation, arbitration and high-stakes, sensitive cases.

He has practised at leading French and international law firms, notably Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, and subsequently with barristers before the Court of Cassation and the Council of State, giving him in-depth experience of litigation at the highest judicial level.

He assists companies, executives and shareholders in complex disputes, particularly in commercial litigation, white-collar crime, competition law, and domestic and international arbitration.

He handles high-stakes strategic litigation, adopting a cross-disciplinary approach informed by in-depth experience in complementary areas of litigation.

A former student of the École normale supérieure (Ulm) and a graduate of Sciences Po Paris (economic law), he also served as secretary of the Conference of Trainee Lawyers to the Councils.
